Quality Manager (Rugs/Home Textiles, 14+ yrs, Gurgaon)

About the role

Log quality issues, generate reports, and escalate concerns to Quality Manager and Sourcing teams. Publish weekly/monthly dashboards summarizing vendor performance, product issues, and key insights. Opportunity to be a part of the technical quality processes for a global retailer with strong exposure to multi‑country vendor bases.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular factory visits to audit production, vendor QA/QC processes, and participate in pre‑production meetings
• Evaluate product samples throughout development, ensuring adherence to quality and technical standards
• Provide structured feedback to both internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality challenges
• Analyze data to identify supplier trends and product‑specific insights that inform action plans
• Support creation of product guidelines in collaboration with Quality Manager and Sourcing

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Excel
• Any graduate
