About the role

Are you an accounting Manager with experience managing a team of AP/AR/Payroll Analysts? Are you experienced in preparing financial statements and MIS reports? Do you have excellent communication skills and a professional mindset? Do you thrive in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities? Are you a leader who motivates and trains your junior staff to learn and grow?

What you'll do

• Provide support and assistance to our clients meeting timelines and quality standards for deliverables and attending to client queries
• Work and communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
• Develop detailed overall accounting knowledge including but not limited to; Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Develop expertise in reviewing monthly Financial statements and Management reports
• Train, motivate, mentor and lead your team

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Financial statements
• Accounting
• Accounts receivable
• MIS reporting
• Accounts payable
• Bookkeeping
• CA Intermediate or Chartered Accountant or MBA

• Client relationship
• Variance analysis
