Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – MEP to manage the commercial and quantity surveying activities for MEP works. The role will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender evaluation, subcontractor management, measurement, variation assessment, interim valuations, and final accounts.

What you'll do

• HVAC and ventilation systems
• Fire fighting and fire alarm systems
• BMS and other specialist MEP systems
• Review drawings, specifications, scope of work, and contract documents
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP packages

What you need

• 3–8 yrs of experience
• Quantity estimation
• MEP
• Construction
• HVAC
• Financial statements
• Cash flow
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
