RB - Acquiring: Relationship Manager - Platinum

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Platinum is responsible for managing and growing relationships with large, high‑value (Platinum) merchants under the Merchant Acquiring Business. The role focuses on merchant engagement, portfolio growth, solution cross‑sell, and retention, ensuring Platinum merchants receive high‑touch relationship management and commercial support across acquiring products and allied payment solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary relationship SPOC for assigned Platinum merchants
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with business owners and decision‑makers
• Understand merchant business models and payment requirements to offer relevant solutions
• Drive growth in transaction volumes, revenues, and wallet share from the Platinum merchant portfolio
• Additional POS / Soundbox deployment
