RB - Affluent Business:Burgundy Service Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling. The RM will be responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. The position entails client management and acquisition with a key focus on expanding the Asset under Management.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain business relationships with select group of customers through individualized customer service
• Handle customers queries and provide superior service to the mapped customers
• Ensure timely delivery of customers' enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met e.g.…
• Coordinate with relationship managers and meet / interact with key clients on a periodic basis to stock take on service levels and customer satisfaction
• Manage customer escalations and ensure customer grievance redressal
