RB - Branch Control Unit:Regional Head - North

About the role

The role would drive significant impact in improving in BOHI scores, Branch Audits, Fraud Outcomes and ensure integration of learning across the Bank, with empowerment to ensure proactive steps are taken towards remediation. Regional Head – BCU will anchor all the corporate initiatives in Risk & Compliance culture and monitor the controls and take corrective and preventive actions.

What you'll do

• Responsible to drive branches achieving BOHI Target in the Circle
• Internal Audit - No of Branches Audit Rating - Satisfactory in all the mapped regions, % of Branches in Region rated as Satisfactory in Internal Audit
• Review and take corrective actions to deviations in general management guidelines at branches
• Proactive fraud mitigation and early fraud detection and response for overall reduction in frauds
• System & Procedure Visits – %age coverage in a quarter in the region (Including review of check list for all products interfacing with the branch)
