About the role

Responsible for acquiring and managing HNI customers under the Imperia program, enhancing relationship profitability through cross-selling, portfolio growth, and retention.

What you'll do

  • Liaise with PB/Preferred RM to identify eligible customers
  • Acquire new customers meeting product criteria
  • Enhance portfolio value and maintain hygiene parameters
  • Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs
  • Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets
