RC:Decentralized UW - Mortgages Credit-Zonal Credit Manager-ASHA

About the role

Would be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes in the Region. About the Role Zonal Credit Manager will be a team leader role wherein all Regional Credit Managers would be reporting. Core job will be to ensure smoot functioning of credit Appraisal activities undertaken by RCMs.

What you'll do

• Ensure smooth functioning across zones by meeting productivity benchmarks and defined TATs for Asha Loan underwriting across regions
• Oversee quality of credit decisions and portfolio performance across regions, ensuring alignment with Asha-specific underwriting frameworks
• Drive consistency in credit decisions across regions by guiding RCMs on interpretation of policy, deviations and risk assessment in informal segments
• Monitor portfolio health (FPD, delinquency trends, segment-wise risk indicators) and initiate zonal corrective strategies
• Ensure adherence to audit, policy and compliance standards across all regions
