RCF IC - MEP Planning

About the role

Plan and monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, material planning, and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones. Coordinate with Civil, Finishes, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and Design teams for seamless execution and interface management. Ensure compliance with approved specifications, inspection procedures, testing & commissioning requirements, and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Execute and supervise Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV
• Plan and monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, material planning, and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones
• Coordinate with Civil, Finishes, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and Design teams for seamless execution and interface management
• Ensure compliance with approved specifications, inspection procedures, testing & commissioning requirements, and quality standards
• Monitor productivity, material reconciliation, progress, and workmanship while resolving technical and execution-related issues
