RCS Manager Training

About the role

This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the training curriculum that prepares new and tenured associates to perform front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle functions accurately and compliantly.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of training consultants, instructional professionals
• Establish team priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload to support organizational objectives, client commitments, implementation activities
• Oversee the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of training programs, curricula, learning materials, and performance support resources
• Partner with business leaders, clients, product teams, implementation teams
• Ensure training programs effectively support onboarding, workforce readiness, product utilization, workflow adoption, and business process execution
