  • Review and Audit reports related to Employee Stock Plan/Health/Pension benefits and ensure there are no discrepancies
  • Manage program stakeholders to ensure administration of the benefit program is operationalized
  • Vendor Management – Work closely with the vendors and stakeholders to ensure updated data/reports is provided
  • Making sure all assigned processes are completed in time as per SLA
  • Participates in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
