What you'll do

• Perform and oversee complex reconciliations of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Investigate and resolve high-level discrepancies, escalating critical issues to management as necessary
• Review and approve reconciliation reports prepared by junior and mid-level analysts
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to the reconciliation team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address reconciliation challenges and implement solutions
