About the role

The key focus for a Recruiter is to execute sourcing strategies and plans with a focus on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost-effective and timely filling of roles. You will work closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders to recommend and develop a sourcing strategy.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders to recommend and develop a sourcing strategy
• Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific client requirements
• Build a strong working relationship with Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders
• Call potential candidates in the US and discuss the job openings
