About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Lead - PLM to lead strategic hiring initiatives across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Digital Engineering, and Manufacturing Transformation practices. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, talent strategy, and team leadership for niche PLM skillsets supporting global Engineering & R&D programs.

  • Recruitment Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives for PLM and Digital Engineering practices
  • Develop workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Partner with Business Unit Leaders, Delivery Heads, and Practice Leaders to forecast talent demand
  • Drive recruitment governance, process optimization, and SLA adherence
