About the role

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Pune. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and deliver high-quality candidates.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and placement
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews
• Assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
