About the role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and build strong partnerships with client hiring managers. This role requires a combination of strategic talent acquisition, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship management to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality talent.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and developing sourcing strategies to screening, interviewing, offer management
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements, business objectives, and hiring timelines
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, cultural alignment, and suitability for the role
• Maintain a high standard of candidate quality while ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment experience
