About the role
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles — from understanding job requirements to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers or clients to define role requirements and hiring strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, etc.). Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
What you'll do
