About the role

The individual will be responsible for driving business performance across asset and liability products, managing portfolio profitability, and ensuring portfolio quality in alignment with the bank's strategic objectives. This is a coverage role, accountable for business origination, deepening of existing relationships, and risk management.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets under the guidance of the Business Head
• Drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships across asset and liability products
• Maintain full accountability for portfolio quality, credit risk, and profitability
• Monitor client performance, ensure compliance with regulatory norms, and collaborate with credit and risk teams for timely reviews
• Represent the bank in key client meetings, ensuring high service standards and revenue growth
