About the role

As part of the Global IS Operations Team, the Regional IS operations Manager for APAC is responsible to Manage IS Operations service delivery within the APAC region, in coordination with Global IS Product Operation Manager and Central Services Teams, ensuring operational stability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Manage IS Operations service delivery within the APAC region, in coordination with Global IS Product Operation Manager and Central Services Teams
• Act as the primary regional contact for major incident management, urgent standard change coordination, SLA/KPI tracking, and communication
• Manage the alignment of APAC regional operations with global governance and contributes to the Build-to-Run transition for projects and evolutions
• Oversee and manage major IS incidents impacting the APAC region, ensuring rapid response, escalation, and resolution
• Act as the IS APAC escalation point for critical incidents and service disruptions
