Regional Manager - Business Development

About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for driving regional business growth through new corporate acquisition, institutional business development, and strategic sourcing of corporate clients for pension fund products. The role requires a strong hunting mindset with focus on identifying, sourcing, and onboarding new corporates, institutional partners, and key accounts for expanding the pension business footprint.

What you'll do

• New Business Development / Hunting
• Drive acquisition of new corporates for pension fund and retirement solutions business across assigned geography
• Identify, map, and approach target organizations including corporates, large enterprises, associations, and institutional clients
• Build robust prospect pipelines through market intelligence, networking, references, and direct outreach
• Own end-to-end business development lifecycle including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiation, and closure
