About the role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Debt Management Services to oversee collection and recovery operations for two-wheeler and three-wheeler loan portfolios. The role is responsible for managing outstanding dues and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) across all payment buckets, ensuring collection targets are achieved while minimising overdue amounts.
What you'll do
- Collection and Target Management
- Ensure adherence to defined collection schedules and recovery processes
- Achieve EMI and penalty collection targets across assigned portfolios
- Manage overdue accounts and initiate appropriate recovery actions
- Coordinate vehicle repossession in cases of customer defaults, in accordance with applicable procedures
