About the role

GIA India Laboratory Private Limited (Mumbai, India) Builds and nurtures client relationships within the assigned territory, driving business growth through strategic market development and brand elevation. Focuses on expanding the client portfolio, strengthening key partnerships, and generating demand for GIA’s services, including newly launched jewelry services.

What you'll do

• Lead market development initiatives across North region, aligning regional strategies with GIA’s broader growth objectives
• Drive business growth by achieving development targets through strategic planning, client partnerships
• Oversee territory planning and ensure timely execution of outreach and development activities to maximize market penetration
• Oversee the establishment and operational readiness of Trust Centers in alignment with organisational standards
• Contribute to service-based revenue enhancement through client education, product understanding, and need-based service adoption
