Focused on enhancing ApplyBoard’s global reach through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship of recruitment team members.

What you'll do

• Lead Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: Develop and oversee the implementation of recruitment strategies that drive international student enrollment
• Mentor and Lead the Recruitment Team: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members
• Analyze Recruitment Performance and Market Trends: Use data-driven insights to monitor key metrics, refine strategies
