About the role

This role focuses on driving regional marketing , owning demand generation and pipeline growth across digital, outbound, and event channels, while partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve conversion. It also includes a customer marketing component , supporting engagement, retention, and expansion through targeted lifecycle campaigns and advocacy initiatives such as case studies and reviews.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns (digital, outbound, events) to drive high-quality pipeline (SALs/SQLs)
  • Own regional event strategy including roundtables, CXO dinners, flagship events, and sponsorships
  • Partner with Sales & SDRs to improve lead-to-revenue conversion
  • Track and optimize performance using funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI
  • Build and scale a customer advocacy engine (case studies, testimonials, referrals, reviews)
