About the role

Recruit, lead and manage a regional sales team, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and motivating them to achieve or exceed sales quotas. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned region, considering market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers or Representatives, ensuring they possess strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

What you'll do

• Recruit, lead and manage a regional sales team, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and motivating them to achieve or exceed sales quotas
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned region, considering market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers or Representatives, ensuring they possess strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques
• Analyse regional sales data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners and distributors throughout your region
