About the role

Ii. Responsible for managing acquisition of LAP through DSAs as well as Branch Channel Ensuring LAP disbursement as per budgets for whole State Ensuring revenue target for LAP in Sate/states. Manage all channels including SM/DSTs/Branch for sourcing LAP cases along with Customer life cycle. Ensure cross sell of insurance and other liability products

What you'll do

• Manage/achieve LAP portfolio mandate of Bank in terms of portfolio profitability and book increase
• Managing key/strategic DSA relation and increasing sourcing of cases across State
• Ensuring productivity of LAP ASMs/SMs
• Responsible to build/manage LAP portfolio in a partcular State/States
• Responsible for managing acquisition of LAP through DSAs as well as Branch Channel

What you need
