Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our international sales team. As an RSM, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and closing enterprise deals in the APAC and EMEA markets. This role requires a proactive sales professional with proven experience in consultative selling, enterprise software solutions, and the ability to navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.

What you'll do

• Drive sales of Certinal's product offerings to operating across key markets
• Engage with prospects through a value-based sales approach, positioning Certinal as a strategic partner for their digital signature and consent management needs
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles of 1–3 months
• Develop strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CFOs, Heads of Operations, and Compliance Officers
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and implementation timelines while protecting company interests
