Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with 10-12 years of relevant experience of Channel Sales in the TMT/Cement industry.

What you'll do

• Establish and appoint strong and reliable dealer/distributor network base to ensure effective market penetration and distribution
• Maintain and expand dealer base by coaching SO/ASM and Sales Team
• Conceptualize & implement strategies as a part of business goal and market penetration of TMT Bars (Primary & Secondary)
• Ensure optimum utilization of CRM IT platform to effectively manage and enhance customer engagement and Interactions
• Coordination with Logistics & Accounts department for smooth material movement and payments
