Regional Surface Network and Fleet Manager

About the role

Regional Surface Network & Fleet Manager is accountable for performance, efficiency, and cost optimization of the surface (SFC) network across multiple states and inter-city corridors. Owns network flow, routing efficiency, hub performance, and cost control across the surface transportation network.

What you'll do

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• (Linehaul first mile and last mile)
• Load factor, route optimization efficiency
• Cost per shipment, network cost reduction
• SLA adherence, transit reliability

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Last-mile delivery
• Data analysis
• Logistics
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
