What you'll do

• Lead independent review and challenge of ICAAPs and recovery plans for legal entities across Asia North and South
• Present review conclusions and challenge findings to senior management and governance forums, and track remediation of identified issues through to completion
• Own the governance framework for the regulatory capital review function, including the annual review plan, operating procedures and quality standards
• Coordinate review planning and execution tracking across a global regulatory capital review portfolio to support consistent, on-time delivery
• Manage issue tracking, recommendation follow-up and management reporting to support timely escalation and transparent governance
