About the role

The Relationship Manager - Housing Finance is responsible for driving Home Loan and Mortgage business by acquiring new customers through direct sourcing, builder relationships, channel partners, DSAs, and referrals. The role involves managing the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation and customer acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales relationship management.

  • Responsible for driving Home Loan and Mortgage business by acquiring new customers through direct sourcing, builder relationships, channel partners, DSAs, and referrals
  • Develop and manage relationships with Builders, DSAs, Connectors, and Property Brokers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
  • Handle end-to-end loan processing and disbursement activities
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per policy guidelines
