About the role

This role combines strategic business development with end‑to‑end claim management, ensuring strong, compliant relationships that expand USGI’s institutional footprint and revenue. Identify and cultivate new government partnership opportunities in the South area. Manage the claims queries of client and overview the claims analysis.

What you'll do

• Identify and cultivate new government partnership opportunities in the South area
• Manage the claims queries of client and overview the claims analysis
• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with corporate objectives
• Maintain ongoing communication with key institutional stakeholders and government contacts
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and renewal terms
