The Relationship Manager - LAP is responsible for sourcing and acquiring Loan Against Property business through self-sourcing, DSA channels, connectors, and customer referrals. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for sourcing and acquiring Loan Against Property business through self-sourcing, DSA channels, connectors, and customer referrals
  • Generate new business for Loan Against Property products through open market sourcing and channel partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, brokers, and other referral partners
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
  • Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing
