Relationship Manager-NBFC

About the role

The Relationship Manager – NBFC will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with mid to large-sized NBFC clients. The role focuses on deepening customer engagement across asset and liability products, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

What you'll do

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of NBFC clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and servicing
• Understand client needs and structure customized banking solutions aligned with the bank’s policies
• Drive business generation across asset and liability products within regulatory and risk frameworks
• Conduct due diligence and manage credit exposure throughout the client lifecycle
• Analyze financial reports to identify early warning signals and mitigate potential risks
