Relationship Manager-NRI

About the role

Asa RelationshipManager – NRI within the Retail Banking division, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial solutions tailored to Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers. This role focuses on enhancing customer value through deep relationship management, strategic product offerings, and superior service delivery.

What you'll do

• Grow the liabilities portfolio by increasing account balances of existing NRI customers and improving profitability through a larger share of wallet
• Monitor inflows and outflows in mapped NRI accounts and proactively track NRI visits to India
• Establish strong customer connections via mailers and phone calls, sharing insights on interest rate changes, exchange rate fluctuations, and other product offerings
• Generate new sales leads through referrals from existing clients, NR associations, Prominent stockbrokers, and expats from shipping companies
• Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network
