This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure consistent growth and superior client experiences across the retail health channel. Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail health agents to expand market coverage. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops for agents.

Lead agent recruitment, oversee their training and daily activities, monitor monthly performance metrics such as Gross Written Premium (GWP)
Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail health agents to expand market coverage
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops for agents
Monitor daily agent visits and activities to ensure compliance and productivity
Track and report monthly GWP achievements and other key performance indicators
