About the role

To drive growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) business by sourcing high-quality cases through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels, ensuring portfolio health, and building strong market relationships.

What you'll do

  • Acquire LAP customers through DSA channels while adhering to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
  • Identify and onboard high-potential DSAs and maintain strong working relationships
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly disbursement and fee income targets
  • Monitor and drive business volumes in a competitive market, maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing and disbursal
