About the role

To drive growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) business by sourcing high-quality cases through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels, ensuring portfolio health, and building strong market relationships.

What you'll do

Acquire LAP customers through DSA channels while adhering to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
Identify and onboard high-potential DSAs and maintain strong working relationships
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly disbursement and fee income targets
Monitor and drive business volumes in a competitive market, maintaining a healthy pipeline
Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing and disbursal
