About the role

Relationship Officer - Merchant is responsible for acquiring and managing merchant relationships to drive adoption of POS, QR, and digital payment solutions. The role involves field sales, merchant onboarding, and ensuring business growth in the assigned territory.

What you'll do

  • Identify and onboard new merchants for QR codes, soundbox and payment solutions
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market networking
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to merchants
  • Complete merchant KYC and onboarding documentation
  • Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
