Remote Business Development Representative

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced, highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound sales environment. This is a phone-heavy role, and cold calling will be a core part of your day. You’ll be expected to confidently complete 80+ cold calls per day, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, and book high-quality meetings for the sales team.

What you'll do

• Make 80+ outbound cold calls every day to prospective customers
• Prospect and engage potential clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Identify and qualify decision-makers based on defined target customer criteria
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and consistently book meetings for the sales team
• Confidently handle objections, gatekeepers, and cold prospects
