What you'll do

• Manage renewal opportunities throughout the entire lifecycle, including Salesforce entry, renewal processing
• Oversee customer Renewals opportunities management, invoice creation and administration, payment status tracking, and related financial processes
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on order processing, support matters, and invoice-related queries
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across internal systems
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and process compliance, while supporting sales teams with renewal and order management activities
