Reporting Accountant

About the role

The Reporting Accountant will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional, reporting processes and controls from a GBS centre as described in the S&N Finance Record to Report (R2R) taxonomy and in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

• Responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional
• Ensure that accounting transactions are documented, in compliance with group standards and, where relevant, Sarbanes Oxley requirements (regular journal entries
• Maintain SOPs to meet S&N standard cycles. Highlight and challenge exceptions from global standards
• Manage the requests from external and internal auditors, other advisors, and relevant country Authorities
• Make suggestions for the future use of new tools and technology in the RTR domain and where approved, implement into the Service offering

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience

• Month-end close
• MBA or M.Com or B.Com
