About the role

The ideal candidate will deliver on the Workday reporting priorities. The work will directly support Carrier's Human Resources Strategy in delivering actionable insights to HR and People Leaders.

What you'll do

  • Provide expertise on Workday reporting best practices and standards. This includes creating reports, dashboards
  • Have hands on experience on WD Studio and integrations
  • Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts
  • Develop Prism solutions, Discovery Boards, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements
  • Partner on HR Technology projects that have components of Workday reporting
