About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. We welcome applications from candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher and reside in Kochi or the surrounding areas.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kochi Retail Shop
- Understand their needs and show products
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
