About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercial-minded Operations Manager to lead overall hotel operations and oversee the nearby Mudhouse project (located 100 meters from the main campus). The ideal candidate will take full accountability for all operational departments, ensure 100% guest satisfaction, drive SOP compliance, and assist top management with budgeting, revenue optimization, and long-term planning.

• Document and circulate meeting minutes to the GM and top management
• Guest Experience & SOP Management
• Financial, Commercial & Vendor Management
• Commercial & Financial Planning: Partner with the GM/MD on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, cost monitoring
• People Management & Team Development

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Forecasting
• SOP writing
• MS Office
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Reporting
• Diploma or BBA
