Research Chemist – Agro (R&D)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Chemist to lead research and development projects in our Agro R&D team . The candidate will take ownership of synthesis, process development, and formulation projects , mentor junior chemists, and help deliver high-quality agrochemical products from lab to pilot scale.

What you'll do

• Lead synthesis, purification, and characterization of agrochemical intermediates and actives
• Optimize reactions, processes, and formulations for efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness
• Support scale-up from lab to pilot plant and transfer processes to manufacturing
• Mentor and guide junior chemists, review experimental plans, and ensure scientific rigor
• Collaborate with analytical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams

What you need

• 4–8 years in pharma & medical sales
• Research
• GLP
• GMP
• HPLC
• Safety management
• Chemistry
• M.Sc
