What you'll do

• Develop and execute retention strategies across channels(email, SMS, loyalty, Meta etc)
• Leverage analytics to identify key customer segments and optimize engagement
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience
• Drive measurable improvements in churn, repeat purchase rates, and LTV
