About the role

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business and the wider HR team to support in analysis of various reward topics.

What you'll do

• Be a subject matter expert on various Reward matters and support the design and execution of various Reward programmes such as Annual Pay Review and/or Annual…
• Provide support on other ad hoc reward projects, such as gender pay gap and reward communications
• Monitor best practice and identify opportunities for future development and innovation in reward programmes
• Support the Senior Reward Manager on various topics, including preparing reports, international offers and other ad hoc support as required from time to time
• Help instil a culture that motivates people to perform at their best
