Risk & Opportunity, Change & Claim Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Risk & Opportunity, Change & Claim Manager to lead critical governance functions for a major factory expansion project within Grid Technologies. This individual will define and enforce project standards, proactively manage risks and changes, and ensure strict control to prevent scope creep and unnecessary contingency spend.

What you'll do

• Risk & Opportunity Management
• Lead workshops to identify and assess risks and opportunities across the entire project
• Maintain and update the risk register; ensure mitigation strategies are implemented and tracked
• Drive proactive risk management to avoid scope creep and protect contingency budgets
• ≥ 95% of identified risks have documented mitigation plans
