About the role

As a Senior Consultant, you will engage with clients to support the validation and enhancement of sanctions screening and transaction monitoring models, ensuring they are aligned with regulatory standards and operational requirements. You will work within different sized, multi-disciplinary teams and play a key role in delivering high quality outputs and service to our clients.

What you'll do

• Work within different sized, multi-disciplinary teams and play a key role in delivering high quality outputs and service to our clients
• Support the validation and fine-tuning of models/tools used for sanctions screening and transaction monitoring
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess model design, effectiveness, performance and compliance with regulatory expectations
• Execute model testing activities including back-testing, threshold calibration, data analysis and performance assessments
• Analyse large volumes of transactional and customer data to identify trends, gaps and potential model improvements
